The Maintenance component of the SNP WEB system is where VDOE system administrators will perform certain setup and maintenance functions. These functions include maintenance of various tables such as Rates, Attendance Factors and Error Messages that are used by the system.
The Maintenance Menu provides access to the system maintenance functions. To access a maintenance function, click on the item name.
Fiscal Year - Accesses the Fiscal Year maintenance function allowing Fiscal Years to be added to the system.
Claims Lockout - Accesses the Claims Lockout function allowing SFAs to be locked out of the Claims component of the system while claim payment processing is taking place.
Online Forms - Accesses the Online Forms maintenance functionality allowing forms to be added to or removed from the Online Forms menu.
Rates - Accesses the Rates maintenance function used to input annual claim reimbursement rates used by the system.
Error Messages - Accesses the Error Message tables allowing error message text to be updated.
State Attendance Factor - Accesses the State Attendance Factor tables allowing annual attendance factors to be input.
New Ed Agency - Allows Divisions from the SSWS Division tables to be added to the SNP Web SFA tables.
