The Fiscal Year Maintenance menu allows Fiscal Years to be setup on the system and maintained. A Fiscal Year must be setup before program enrollment can begin for a school year.
The Fiscal Year beginning and ending dates are displayed together with a 'Display Indicator' which dictates whether the year will display on the Fiscal Year Selection page and on various Fiscal Year drop-down choice lists.
To modify information in the Fiscal Year profile, click on the Modify link for the appropriate year.
To create a new Fiscal Year profile, click on the Add New Year... link at the top or bottom of the list of years.
