Attendance factors that display in the SFA Agreement for use by the Division to conduct edit checks on meal claims, are entered in the system and maintained using the State Attendance Factor maintenance function.
Attendance factors for the year 2 years prior to the agreement year are displayed in the SFA Agreement. Therefore, attendance factors entered for the 2000 Program Year will display in the 2002 Program Year SFA Agreements.
Click on the Modify action link to modify the attendance factors for an existing Program Year.
Click on the Add New State Attendance Factor… link at the top or bottom of the page to add attendance factors for a new Program Year.
