Financial information must be reported at least twice a year (Semi-annual report for the July - December reporting period and Annual report for the July - June reporting period.) However, SFAs have the option to report financial information monthly. In addition, financial information may be reported at either the School Division level or Site level.
In addition to regular financial reporting, SFAs with sites serving Severe Need Breakfast must submit a Severe Need Breakfast Costs Form at the end of each school year.
