Financial Report Selection

Financial information must be reported at least twice a year (Semi-annual report for the July - December reporting period and Annual report for the July - June reporting period.) However, SFAs have the option to report financial information monthly.

The Financial Report Selection page will display the available reporting periods based on the reporting method indicated in the SFA Agreement.

Semi-Annual/Annual Reporting

If the SFA indicated financial information would be reported semi-annually, the Financial Report Selection page will display only the Semi-Annual and Annual reporting periods.

Click on the Semi-Annual report to access the Financial Information form for the semi-annual reporting period (July – December). After submitting the Semi-Annual report, the Financial Report Selection page will display the related Semi-Annual Report Status, and Balance information.

At the end of the year, click on the Annual report to access the Financial Information form for the Annual reporting period (July – June). After submitting the Annual report, the Financial Report Selection page will display the related Annual Report Status, and Balance information.

Monthly Reporting

If the SFA indicated financial information would be reported monthly, the Financial Report Selection page will display each reporting month together with the semi-annual and annual reporting periods.

Click on a month to access the Financial Information form for that reporting period. As each monthly report is completed the related Status and Balance information will display on the Financial Report Selection page. Additionally, the balance information for the month will systematically ‘roll-up’ into the Semi-Annual and Annual reports.

Information from the July through December reporting periods will ‘roll-up’ into the Semi-Annual report. Information from the July through June reporting periods will ‘roll-up’ into the Annual report.

The Semi-Annual and Annual reports will display a status of ‘Not Started’ until the July report has been submitted, at which time the Semi-Annual and Annual Report statuses will change to ‘Incomplete’.

Once the July through December reports have been competed with no errors, the Semi-Annual report status will change to ‘Complete/No Errors’. When all of the monthly reports for the year have been completed with no errors, the Annual report status will change to ‘Complete/No Errors’.

Clicking on the Semi-Annual or Annual report will display the Financial Information form containing the appropriate cumulative information, to date, in ‘view only’ mode.
