The Claims Menu is the starting point for most tasks and information related to submitting the SFAs monthly claims for reimbursement. From the Claims Menu, you can access the following sub-menus by clicking on the sub-menu name:
Claim Entry - Accesses online claim forms.
Rates - Displays the reimbursement rates applicable for each of the SFAs sites.
Claim Upload - Accesses the Claim Upload function allowing monthly claim data (ADA, meals served, etc.) to be uploaded from third part software programs utilized by SFAs.
